2023: Delta APC Governorship Candidate Agege Consults Obomovo

Delta State gubernatorial candidate of the All Progressive Congress,( APC) and Deputy President of the Senate, Ovie Omo- Agege, CFR, friday 26th visited the  Otor-Owhe country home of renowned Builder and Politician, Sir Blessing Obomovo, Ksc  to consult and seek his support in the forthcoming election.

 

Agege who was received by a mammoth crowd of prominent Isoko leaders, associates and  supporters of Obomovo promised to amongst  other things, run  an inclusive government and  ensure the  revitalization of the Warri, Koko, Burutu and Sapele ports as part of efforts aim at reviving the state economy and creating employment for young people. Agege promised to constantly dialogue and interact with critical stakeholders in the  determination of priority infrastructures.

 

Obomovo while welcoming Agege explained that, as a believer of building the capacity and competence of  youths, and enhancing young people’s involvement in the political process, the choice of Rt Hon. Friday Osanebi as Deputy Governorship candidate has made the Agege ticket most appealing and acceptable to him and  majority of  young people across the state.

 

He noted that as Senator representing Delta Central, Agege has shown  tremendous capacity and has  attracted  institutions,  and other  numerous projects to  Central senatorial district and the  state. He promised to lend support and mobilize towards the victory of the Agege/ Osanebi ticket in the overall interest of the State.

 

DSP Ovie Omo-Agege in his speech, reeled out his manifestos, soliciting for the support of Sir Builder Blessing Obomovo and his team of support groups in order for him to emerge the next Governor of Delta State.

 

State Chairman of the APC, Elder Omeni Sobotie, Hon. Faith Majemite, Hon. Ominimini Obiuwevbi, Hon.Raymos Guanah, Dr. Michael Enahoro, APC Candidate, Isoko North Constituency and others accompanied the Deputy Senate President.

 

Former Commissioner, Hon. Karo Ilolo, Chief Charles Akeni, Chief John Paul Odhomo, Deacon. Martins Ugbegwo, Comr. Mike Akoobire, Hon. Anthony Okwabodhe, Odio Berkeley Ashafa, Sebestine Agbefe, Edafe Uduh,  members of various Obomovo political groups notably, the Liberation Mandate, men, women and youths were in attendance.
