The House of Representatives Candidate, Ughelli North/Ughelli South/Udu Federal Constituency, Olorogun Hon. Taleb Tebite, has congratulated Rt. Hon. Chief Sheriff Francis Orohwedor Oborevwori on his victory at the Supreme Court which affirmed him as the validly elected Governorship Candidate of the PDP in Delta state.
Tebite in a signed statement on Friday in Abuja, described the verdict as divine and in the interest of the members of the Peoples Democratic Party and people of Delta State.
According to him, “your victory today at the Supreme Court in Abuja, indeed shows that you are chosen by God and the people. The victory is assertion of Grace of God upon your journey to the governor office.
“There is no doubt the will of God through the masses is for you to win the forthcoming general elections and be sworn in on May 29, 2023 and consolidate on the strides of our governor, Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa.
“Our prayers are always with you for divine guidance and protection in all your doings. May the Almighty guide you as you prepare to serve the great people of Delta State in a higher capacity”, he added.
