Heroes Family Women Divinely Lifted Souls At Their Annual Women’s Programme

By Patrick Ochei

Today was terrific in the presence of God and souls were divinely lifted as the Heroes Family Women of Heroes Aglow Gospel Ministry Okpanam, held their annual women’s programme themed “Women of Wealth and Wisdom”.

It was a week long programme but the grand-finale on Sunday 16th July, 2022, took a different dimension with the electrifying ministration of the Guest Speaker, Pastor Mrs. Paula Mayah.

She ignited the hunger of assuming responsibility in the women to pursue partnership with men towards the fulfillment of scriptures which she quoted in Genesis 2:22. The verse revealed that a woman was made but a man was created, affirming that without the presence of a made woman, the man is incomplete on his own.

According to her, “It is the woman who nurtures the family for the man to take the honour. No woman can be a successful help-mate to a man without the help of the Holy Spirit. You must not dispise the place of wisdom and prayers to hold together a successful marriage and family.

“You cannot witness the next level in life without first being a woman of sacrifice. The realm of the spirit is a legal realm, only the highest bidder wins the war. You must settle the spirit for the spirit to settle you, that is the technicality of the workings of the spirit.

“Starting good is the best but finishing bad is the worst; we should never crave for that pattern of ending dangerously. What you give does not leave your life, it has only left your hand to wait for you in future. Altars are activated by blood; you must secure your future with dangerous giving. Your sacrifice is your cross to your resurrection. Every woman of wealth is a sacrificial giver. If you miss out in the timing, you may miss out from the blessing”, Pastor Mayah spoke.

Earlier on Thursday service, the women brought a highly achieved business woman, Mrs. Juliet Uwajeyen of Annie Supermarket who dished out the principles of creating wealth and sustaining such to them.

The highpoint of the service was the total atmosphere of praise and worship led by Minister Tolu-Praise and Blessing Zino of the Okpanam Angelic Heroes (choir).

In rounding off, the Mama of the Church, Pastor (Mrs.) Oghogho Peters thanked all the guests and members for their attendance and support, while promising for a richer experience next year.

The women’s leader, Deaconess Miracle Joseph while handing over the church back to the Resident Pastor, appreciated all and sundry for the opportunity given her to serve.
