Oboro Extols Governor Okowa’s Virtues @ 62

The Commissioner for Water Resources Development, Rt. Hon. Evelyn Omovowan Oboro Esq., has extols the virtues of Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State as he turns 62 on Thursday.

 

In a statement signed by Hon. Sunday Apah, her Media and Publicity Director, Oboro described Okowa as a patriot who has made impactful contributions to the overall development of Delta state.

 

Oboro noted that Okowa is determined to make a difference in governance by implementing laudable projects in the state through the prosperity for all Deltans agenda.

 

The statement reads: “I write to sincerely congratulate you on the occasion of your 62nd birthday. I am pleased that God has blessed you with the strength to make impactful contributions to our dear state.

 

“As a Governor, you have continued to strive to make a difference in governance. Your commitment to national development and the task of improving the lives of the people of Delta state is evident in the quality and spread of the developmental projects being implemented by your administration.

 

“On behalf of my family, Uvwie Local Government Area and the Urhobo people, I express warm felicitations to you on the glorious occasion of your 62nd birthday anniversary.

 

“I join your family, friends, well-wishers and the entire people of Delta State in celebrating a life that vividly epitomizes triumph against all odds, while also symbolizing the assured reward for single-minded commitment to the ideals of diligence, humility, perseverance, focus and dedicated service.

 

“As you deservedly mark this landmark anniversary, it is my prayer that Almighty God will continue to grant you good health, even as He guides, guards and prospers you in the many more years of fulfilling service ahead of you,” she added.
