The House of Representatives Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Okpe/Sapele/Uvwie Federal Constituency, has congratulated Rt. Hon. Chief Sheriff Francis Orohwedor Oborevwori, over his victory at the supreme court which affirmed him as the validly elected Governorship Candidate of the PDP in Delta state.
In a statement, Oboro said the news of the apex court verdicts did not come as a surprise to her because of the massive support the governorship candidate received from members of the PDP as the case wil be in the forthcoming 2023 general elections for the PDP.
Oboro said the affirmation of the mandates cleared the path for the Delta State Governorship Candidate of the PDP to settle down in the enormous tasks of campaigning across the nooks and crannies of the states for total victory.
It described the victory as a testimony to the transparent, credible, democratic, free and fair primary election process that produced him as governorship candidate of the PDP in Delta state.
Oboro in the statement which was signed by her Director of Media and Publicity, Hon. Sunday Apah, appealed to all PDP members to now close ranks to work as one family against opposition parties.
