The CEO of SafeConnect Investments Limited (Energy, Power and ICT expert), Engr Michael Ikoro Ekpoh (JP), has charged the Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon Sheriff Oborevwori and his Chief Of Staff, Hon Johnson Erijo, to use their new respective offices to build a new Delta State and promote development, growth peace among Deltans.
Engr Ekpoh who is also the President and Founder of Engr. Mike Foundation, a very strong support group for Sheriff during the electioneering, stated this in his congratulatory message to Governor Oborevwori on his assumption of duty as Governor of Delta State and to Hon Johnson Erijo on his appointment as Chief of Staff by the Governor of the state, describing his appointment as a well-deserved one.
He said; “On behalf of Engr. Mike Ekpoh foundation, I wish to congratulates our Governor, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori on his assumption of duty as the Executive Governor of Delta State. I thank God for Grace for a successful inauguration process.
“For Governor Sheriff Oborevwori to succeed just like his predecessor, he would require the support of Deltans to fulfil his campaign promises of M.O.R.E. AGENDA and turning around the fortune of Delta State. I am therefore calling on every patriotic Deltans to rally around him as well as give him the needed support.
The Independent Power Projects master further stated that “Though I know it would not be an easy ride for the new government. But I am optimistic that Governor Oborevwori will bring to bear the excellence spirit that characterised his leadership during his reign as the Speaker of Delta State House of Assembly, in piloting the affairs of the House, with the help of God Almighty and the support of the people he would succeed.
“In the same vein, I congratulate my brother, Hon Johnson Erijo on his appointment as Chief of Staff by the Governor.
“Your appointment came with great joy because of your sterling performances in your various positions of trust and I have no doubt that you will perform better in your new responsibilities.
“I, therefore, commend our amiable Governor Sheriff Oborevwori for choosing you to contribute your wealth of experiences in building a new Delta State even as I pray God to give you all the enablements to help His Excellency achieve his campaign promises”, Engr. Michael Ekpoh stated.
