DTHA 2023: Teminor Assures Quality Representation, Receive Royal Blessing From Okobaro of Ughievwen kingdom

Delta State House of Assembly candidate of the Social Democratic Party, SDP, for the 2023 general election in Ughelli South constituency, Prince Temienor Anagbo Oghenekevwe has assured that he will give his constituents quality representation at the State Assembly If he is elected to represent them.

Temienor Anagbo Oghenekevwe, while  fielding questions from newsmen shortly after receiving royal blessings from His Royal Majesty (HRM) Matthew Ediri, the Okobaro of Ughievwen kingdom in Ughelli South Local Government Area of Delta State recently, said  his determination to give his constituents effective representation prompted him into the race.

According to him “As a member of SDP and a candidate, I am very pleased and happy today, as you can see the palace ground is filled up, mind you not with rented crowd but with men, women and youths because of the love the people have for the party. Now is the time to do the best for Ughelli South. We are going to do things that will make the traditional rulers and the people to be proud of us.

“I am in the race for the Ughelli South Constituency Assembly seat to provide positive, all inclusive representation, that had been lacking in the constituency. I want to give quality representation to my people because they deserve it and much more.

“I am strategizing on how all the health centres in Ughelli South can be upgraded and it’s service delivery improved on. The necessary things that are not available will be put in place, we are also making arrangements that will engage the youths to enhance human capital capacity development.

“The structure for my campaign is set already, very soon we will move around Ughelli South, we are very prepared to take SDP all over Delta State. If given the opportunity to serve, I will passionately represent the interest of the good people of  Ughelli South Local Government Area and I promise not let them down.

“We are also moving to visit all the kings in Ughelli South not just  Okobaro alone. I decided to start with his  (HRM) Matthew Ediri, the Okobaro of Ughievwen kingdom, because we are proud of his sterling performance and achievements as a first class monarch.

“I equally applaud his immense contributions to the  growth and development of  Ughievwen politics, his commitment to human capital development is unprecedented. We pray to God Almighty to continually strengthen him.”  He said.
