“IMG as a Pan Isoko group that parades some of the best brains of professionals, who at various times have spoken for and defended the interests of the Isoko nation is hopeful that you will all hit the ground running.
“As you prepare to begin your term in public service as a legislator, we will enjoin you to imbibe the virtues of sacrifice, dodgedness and selflessness that puts the interest and welfare of the Isoko people first over and above self and party interest in the pursuit of the mandate given to you to use your offices for the enhancement of the well being of the Isoko people.
“We admonish you to see the success of your elections beyond the narrow interests of respective political parties. We want you to swing to work immediately by discharging your responsibilities to your constituents: namely effective representation and bringing home the democratic dividends that rightfully belong to Isoko people who are major contributors to sustainance of the State and Nation.
“The Isoko people look up to you as representatives to work together irrespective of the political mix in finding solutions to the problems of youth unemployment, poverty, poor education facilities, poor infrastructure, irregular power supply by forming a synergy with various interest groups to ensure that marginalization of our people by various tiers of governmentis brought to a halt. Your election is indeed a call to duty, and it is a call for which you know, as elected parliamentarians, cannot afford to fail our people.
“IMG, as a group, would like to take this time to offer herself as a partner in this task and shall make available to you our rich human resources in various endeavours should you require any assistance and/or collaboration. We wish you a very peaceful and productive tenure.”
