Ahead of the forthcoming local government elections in Delta State, Mr Orevaoghene Grandball has declared his to vie for Igbide ward 7A, councillorship position in Isoko South local government Area of the state.
Making the declaration at Igbide, Isoko South Local Government Area of Delta state Grandball said, “The interest of the people of the ward will come first if elected and i am assuring that the provisions healthcare, social amenities and quality education at the rural level will be given a top priority.
“Today i have come to officially notify my family about my intentions and to get the blessings of a father to a child. If elected, it will not be business as usual where government is seen as an avenue for making money. In Nigeria, we forget to put the people first which is why we have not gone far.
While commending Governor Ifeanyi Okowa for the road construction and other infrastructural development in all parts of the state, he called for unity amongst the people to enable them also lay a foundation for the development of the council
In their response, the family headed by Mr. Grandball Ekemere and Mrs. Rose Oweh gave their blessings, and assured him of their total support for the race ahead
