A stalwart of the Peoples Democratic Party in Ovrode community, Isoko North Local Government Area of Delta State, Engr. Akpusi Oke Emmanuel, CEO, Mafoske Equipment & construction Services Nigeria Limited, has congratulated the newly sworn in Commissioner for Health, Dr Joseph Onajaeme on his inauguration as Commissioner and member of the State Executive Council.
Akpusi in his congratulatory statement commended the State Governor, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori on his insights for identifying youths, technocrats and competent hands to handle affairs of the state.
He noted that “The governor had taken into consideration age, competence, ethnicity and gender in appointment of those that formed his cabinet.
“The Governor had appointed the best hands who would add value to governance and facilitate the actualisation of the M.O.R.E Agenda in the next four years.”
The statement read in part; “On behalf of my humble self and family, I congratulate my brother, an illustrious son of Ovrode community in Isoko North Local Government Area, Delta State, Dr Joseph Onajaeme on his well-deserved appointment and swearing in as members of the State Executive Council.
“His appointments and swearing in came at a critical time in the history of our state and nation and therefore underscores the importance to the good governance and development of our state.
“With your capacities and political sagacity over the years, I have no doubt in mind that you will bring all your wealth of experience garnered over the years to bear on your new assignment and as well contribute your quota to the achievement of the M.O.R.E agenda of Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori led administration. I therefore congratulate and wish you successful tenure in office,” it added.
