The National Co-ordinator of Neighborhood 2 Neighbourhood campaign group, #N2N Mr Jonathan Adiotomre has congratulated the Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Sheriff Francis Orohwedor Oborevwori on his emergence as the Delta State PDP Governorship Candidate in the State, just as he hailed the emergence of former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar on his victory at the PDP Presidential Primaries.

In a press release issued in Asaba and signed by the National Co-ordinator of the Neighborhood 2 Neighborhood, Campaign group, Mr Jonathan Adiotomre and made available to newsmen, he described the victory of Rt Hon Oborevwori who represents Okpe State Constituency in the House of Assembly as a welcome development and vowed to mobilise massively for the election of the Speaker in the general elections.

 


Felicitating with the PDP Governorship Candidate in Delta State for the landslide victory at the just concluded PDP primaries at the Stephen Keshi Stadium, Asaba, Mr Jonathan Adiotomre lauded the state Governor, Senator Dr Ifeanyi Okowa for the free, fair and credible primaries.

He posited that the choice of the Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly as the PDP flagbearer in the 2023 general elections in the State was a very good one, saying he will make a good Governor.

According to him; ” I must say that I am highly impressed with the peaceful conduct of the PDP Governorship Primaries in Asaba, It was free and fair. It was the most credible and transparent primaries that I have seen conducted in Delta State. Let me use this medium to congratulate the Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly and National Deputy Chairman of the Conference of Speakers of State Legislatures of Nigeria, Rt Hon Sheriff Francis Orohwedor Oborevwori for grabbing the ticket of the party.

“All of us at Neighborhood 2 Neighborhood campaign group are very glad that he emerged as the PDP flagbearer and we are very confident that he is going to win the Governorship election next year to sustain the legacy of our amiable Governor, Senator Dr Ifeanyi Okowa who has done very well in the State in the last seven years. We are going to come out in full force and embark on massive Grassroot Mobilization for the election of the Speaker as our next Governor just as we did for him before the PDP Governorship Primaries”, he added.

“In the same vein, all of us at the Neighborhood 2 Neighborhood campaign group want to commend Governor Okowa for the free and fair primaries of the Peoples Democratic Party in the State. The Governor with uncommon leadership qualities provided a level playing field for all aspirants in the State Governorship Primaries. We will not fail to commend the delegates for doing the needful at the primaries”, Mr Jonathan Adiotomre said.

 

Meanwhile, the National Co-ordinator of the Neighborhood 2 Neighborhood campaign group, Mr Jonathan Adiotomre has felicitated with former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar on his victory at the PDP Presidential Primaries.

 

According to him, “I am very excited that our former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar picked up the PDP Presidential ticket at the just concluded Primaries in Abuja. He can fix our dear country again and it is my appeal to Nigerians to elect him in the general elections next year. All of us at Neighborhood 2 Neighborhood campaign group will embark on massive Grassroot Mobilization for the former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar in order for him to win the Presidential election and return the party to the Centre. The role played by our amiable Governor, Senator Dr Ifeanyi Okowa in the PDP Presidential Primaries must be commended as well”.
