NUJ Delta Commiserates With Delta Speaker Over Death Of Kenneth Ogba

The Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Delta State Council commiserates with the Speaker, Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori over the unfortunate loss of the member representing Isoko Constituency 1 in the House of Assembly, Hon. Kenneth Ogba.

The union also condoles with the colleague members of the deceased and family members who are bereaved by this sudden demise of their loved one.

We were shocked to receive the news of the death of Ogba who before now never showed signs of being ill. It goes to show how transient life could be.

It is very unfortunate that such death was not planned for. However, we must take solace in the fact that there is an invisible hand above that controls the affairs of man and decides who lives or dies at what time and date.

On this note, we call on the Speaker to take heart in this circumstance and remain strong in piloting the legislative affairs of the state.

It is our prayer that God should give you and the beloved family that Ogba left behind, the fortitude to bear this irreplaceable loss.

We will keep praying to God to intervene in averting the untimely death of young and vibrant lawmakers in the state.

Please, kindly accept our heartfelt condolences. May the soul of the departed rest in perfect peace. Amen.
