…Says he is a Drowning Politician Looking For Any Means To Survive
Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress in Delta state, Olorogun Vincent Sito has described the recent allegation by Dr. Cairo Ojougboh that the Governorship candidate of the APC in the state, Senator Ovie Omo-Agege worked for Mr. Peter Obi in the last election as ranting of a drowning man.
Sito in a statement on Sunday while reacting to a recent interview where Dr. Ojougboh alleged that Senator Omo-Agege worked against the President-elect, Senator Bola Tinubu, said it was Ojougboh’s own imagination or he made the claim under influence of a substance.
He explained that Dr. Ojougboh lost his unit, local government area and senatorial district to the labour party, while Senator Omo-Agege delivered his unit, ward, local government area and senatorial district to the APC.
He reiterated that it was Dr. Ojougboh who actually worked for Peter Obi, the labour party candidate. “Ojougboh is a drowning politician who want to drag striving and rising politician of Omo-Agege status into his dungeon.
“I know it will not be possible because almost every politician in the state and beyond knows Dr. Ojougboh as a serial liar who enjoys blackmailing top politicians for his selfish interest.
“He is trying to paint Senator Ovie Omo-Agege black before the President-elect to revive his dwindling political career. Thank God that the President-elect, Senator Bola Tinubu is aware of his antics and his involvement in anti-party in Delta state “, he added
