Ebegba Congratulates Dafinone, Thomas and Waive, Urges Prayers For Omo-Agege

Pioneer Director-General of the National Biosafety Management Agency (NBMA) Olorogun Dr Rufus Eseoghene Ebegba KSJ, has congratulated Senator Ede Dafinone, Senator Joel Onowakpor Thomas and Hon Francis Waive on their victories at the Court of Appeal.

 

In statement made yesterday, Dr Ebegba who is currently in Nairobi, Kenya for the 2023 Africa Conference On Agricultural Technologies, expressed his joy at the judicial resolutions which were in favor of APC and Its candidates. He said trio of Senators Ede Dafinone, Joel Onowakpor Thomas and Hon Francis Waive were elected by the majority of electorates in Delta Central and South Senatorial Districts.

 

The statement reads in part ” On behalf of Delta Central And South electorates, members of the All Progressives Congress (APC), members and affiliates of the Rufus Ebegba Political Group, I join supporters and Constituents in celebrating the victories of Senator Ede Dafinone, Senator Joel Onowakpor Thomas and Hon Francis Waive at the Court of Appeal, yesterday 1st of November 2023.

 

” As I congratulate and celebrate them, I want to thank the Judiciary for sticking to truth and being the hope of the common man, via the accuracy of the judgment given.

 

At the 2023 National Assembly elections, the people of Delta Central and South Senatorial Districts made their choice by electing Senator Dafinone, Senator Thomas and Hon Waive as their representatives after observing their noble personalities and this verdict is reflection of what transpired at the time.

 

The Urhobo born Environmental and Agricultural Scientist, Dr Ebegba further called for support and prayers as the party awaits the verdict of the Appealate Court on the 2023 Gubernatorial elections in Delta State.

 

” As we celebrate with Delta Central And South Senatorial Districts, I urge us all to pray and keep hope alive for the success of Senator Ovie Omo-Agege and Rt Hon Friday Osanebi, who are appealing the Gubernatorial Elections Petitions Tribunal verdict.

 

” We can sustain the momentum of hope and faith even as we anticipate our victory”, Dr Ebegba added.
