The Nigeria Bar Association (NBA), Udu Branch has lauded the developmental strides of the Chairman of Udu Local Government Council, Hon. Chief Jite Brown, with promise to support his future political endeavors.
Chairman of Udu NBA, Patrick Mekako Esq., who made this know when he led some members of the association for a courtesy visit to the council chairman, expressed appreciation to Chief Jite for bringing the security challenges of Udu Local Government Council under control.
Mekako who commended the Udu Council chairman for the rehabilitation of some sections of Udu roads before the State Government’s intervention, also thanked him for providing palliatives worth millions of naira to the 32 communities in Udu when the negative effects the COVID-19 pandemic was high.
According to him, Hon. Jite Brown has done well for the donations of medical equipments worth thousands of naira to some Primary Health Care Centres in Udu and land at Otor-Udu to the Udu branch of the NBA.
While further commending the Udu Council Boss for the barricades he provided for the Udu bridge, sponsorship of Udu sons and daughters for various Skills Acquisition programmes, appointment of a member of NBA (Mrs. Elohor Awinoro Esq.) as the Secretary to Udu Local Government Council, among other achievements, pray that his achievements speaks for him in his future political struggle.
On his part, Hon. Chief. Jite Brown thanked the group for the courtesy visit and support. He added that the Safety of lives and properties of Udu people are his topmost priority as he promised to work in synergy with the NBA, Udu branch for better Udu.
