Management Of DESOPADEC Are Result-Oriented, Would Collaborate With Other Agencies For The Benefit Of All Deltans -Tebite

The Executive Director, Projects, Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission, DESOPADEC, Olorogun Taleb A.O Tebite, has said that the present  Management of DESOPADEC are result-oriented, would collaborate with other agencies for the benefits of all Deltans

 

Tabite gave this assurance yesterday in Warri, when he played host to members of Nigeria Union of Journalists, Ughelli Correspondents’ Chapel, Ughelli, Delta State.

 

Tabite, who thanked former governor Ifeanyi Okowa, Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori and God Almighty for making him the Project Director, said the management and staff of DESOPADEC would prudently apply her resources towards achieving the MORE AGENDA of the State Governor.

 

 

According to him, “the present sets of management of DESOPADEC are result-oriented individuals who would collaborate with other agencies for the maximum benefits of all Deltans.

 

“We will not work in isolation. We will work in conformity with the MORE AGENDA of our amiable governor to change the socio-economic narratives of the state.

 

“I can assure you that DESOPADEC won’t fail the people. We do things to make the people out there to know that in Sheriff, we trust, and on God we build our hope.

 

“We shall apply everything given to us judiciously in making sure that all we are given to do are done perfectly well.”

 

While seeking greater interaction and understanding among newsmen, the Project Director charged the members of the NUJ to discharge their duties without prejudice, urging journalists to report nothing but the truth.

 

Earlier, the Chairman of Ughelli Correspondents’ Chapel, Comr. Sunday Apah, in his speech, thanked Taleb Tabite for his warm reception, assuring that members of the Chapel would perform their duties accordingly.

 

He said, “It is a great privilege for us to be in the presence of someone who plays a pivotal role in the development and progress of our great nation.

 

“First and foremost, I would like to extend our heartfelt congratulations to you, sir, on your recent appointment as the Director of Projects at DESOPADEC.

 

“Your wealth of experience, dedication, and commitment to service have undoubtedly earned you this prestigious position. We have faith that under your capable leadership, DESOPADEC will continue to make significant strides towards the socio-economic advancement of our beloved state and country.

 

“As journalists, it is our duty to inform, educate, and advocate for the well-being of the Nigerian people. We believe that our work is closely aligned with the mission of DESOPADEC in uplifting the lives of the people in the oil bearing and impacted communities through the execution of sustainable development projects.

 

“We are committed to providing accurate and unbiased reporting on the progress and impact of these projects, thereby promoting transparency and accountability.
